Launchpad / public alpha

The release comes first.
Onchain is a choice.

ICEFAM is designing a non-custodial Solana launch path for artists who want verifiable releases without turning every record into a coin. Publish the catalog. Choose an NFT format. Add an optional community or release token only when the artist wants one and the terms are ready.

No transaction surface is active. No mint, bonding curve, AMM, marketplace settlement, creator token, storage address, or launchpad program is represented as deployed.

Live means published and inspectable Alpha means design is public, transactions are off

What exists.
What does not.

Live nowPublic evidence

One official release, with receipts.

“JUMPED THE FENCE OF THE WACK HOUSE” by Alex Droolhouse has a public official video and a canonical release manifest with credits, hashes, and media facts.

  • Official YouTube video is public.
  • Release metadata is crawlable and verifiable.
  • The existing holder playback beta checks a positive $DROOLY balance; it is optional and requests no transaction, approval, payment, seed phrase, or private key.
Alpha / stagedFail closed

The launch machinery is not live.

The creator intake, music NFT mint, optional token launch, marketplace, settlement, native upload, and native streaming/radio paths remain designs—not transaction products.

  • No creator submission form is accepting releases.
  • No ICEFAM launchpad program ID, NFT mint, creator-token mint, bonding curve, AMM, storage URI, or settlement recipient is published.
  • No royalty, revenue distribution, ownership transfer, return, or liquidity outcome is promised.
Creator intake · staged

Two connected products.
One music catalog.

They share verified release records, but they do different jobs. The launchpad creates releases and optional onchain layers. The network is where listeners, collectors, and creators discover, stream, broadcast, and trade.

Product01Alpha / staged

Music-release NFT launchpad

Publish the record.
Tokenize only by choice.

A catalog-first, non-custodial, permissionless target for publishing a music NFT and, optionally, launching a Token-2022 community or release coin through a decentralized Pump.fun-style experience.

  1. 1
    Release record

Credits, rights evidence, content rating, media hashes, artwork, and public metadata.

  2. 2
Music NFT — optional format choices

Catalog receipt, collectible edition, access credential, or provenance record with exact holder terms.

  3. 3
Community / release coin — optional

A separate Token-2022 layer only when the creator selects it and every fee, authority, supply, recipient, and rights disclosure is complete.

Music works without a coin. No token purchase is required to publish, discover, collect, stream, or support a release unless a creator’s separately verified access terms explicitly say otherwise.

Marketplace + creator-owned network

The decentralized
Spotify layer.

A separate, coin-optional music NFT marketplace plus creator-owned streaming and radio network built around portable catalog records—not a memecoin feed.

MarketCollect and trade

Music NFTs with visible provenance, seller terms, fees, and settlement receipts.

StreamListen and follow

Creator-owned catalog pages, releases, profiles, and subscriptions without a token requirement.

RadioProgram the signal

Always-on stations, premieres, archives, and artist takeovers after real stream endpoints exist.

PortableOwn the relationship

Identity, catalog, and provenance designed to outlive a single interface.

Separate settlement surface. Marketplace listings, bids, purchases, subscriptions, tips, and native streaming are not active on this alpha page.

A token is a receipt.
The terms carry the rights.

ICEFAM will not infer legal rights from a token label. Every release must declare what the NFT represents and what it does not.

Catalog

Provenance record

A durable pointer to verified credits, release metadata, media hashes, and version history.

Collectible

Edition or artwork

A numbered digital collectible with defined media access and resale terms.

Access

Membership credential

Optional access to specific media, communities, premieres, or experiences under published terms.

No implied rights transfer.

Owning a music NFT does not by itself transfer copyright, master ownership, publishing rights, likeness rights, royalties, revenue participation, equity, governance, or a promise of profit. Any granted right must appear in exact, creator-approved terms tied to the release before minting.

No verified packet.
No launch.

Permissionless is the target for the protocol. The ICEFAM interface still fails closed on missing disclosures, unsafe configuration, and unresolved rights.

  1. 01

    Creator + rights

Verify creator identity and authority to publish the master, artwork, samples, features, name, likeness, and metadata. Record split sheets, licenses, territories, takedown path, and content rating where applicable.

    Human review
  2. 02

    Recipient control

Publish the exact network and recipient policy, then verify control of every creator, collaborator, treasury, and fee-receiver wallet with a signed challenge. No placeholder recipient can pass.

    Signature proof
  3. 03

    Asset + storage

Verify content hashes, metadata schema, edition supply, media availability, update/freeze policy, storage identifiers, and who can change each field. Do not claim permanent storage without evidence.

    Public manifest
  4. 04

    Economics + authorities

Disclose price, total token supply, allocation, transfer-fee basis points and maximum fee, all mutable authorities, withdrawal authority, recipient rules, pause/emergency controls, and the rights the asset does—or does not—convey.

    Before signature
  5. 05

    Code + transaction review

Publish verified program IDs and audited code, simulate the exact transaction, show every instruction and expected balance change, and require creator confirmation. Mainnet stays disabled until the full packet passes.

    Fail closed

Transfer fees are plumbing.
Not automatic rev-share.

For an optional creator coin, the staged design may use Solana Token-2022’s transfer-fee extension. The protocol can withhold a configured fee on transfers, but it does not automatically split that value among artists, collaborators, or rights holders.

Withheld fees sit on destination token accounts and may be harvested to the mint. A configured withdrawal authority can move them to a fee receiver. That authority and the downstream distribution system are therefore part of the security boundary—not a footnote.

Evidence, then code.
Code, then capital.
